We asked three equally stylish but decidedly different bloggers to show us how they style our Alice shoe collection. So whether it’s a high heel, flat or something in-between, here’s how to wear the shoe style of the season…

The down-to-earth flat
Emily Johnston, Fashion Foie Gras
“I’m a colour and print addict. Any chance I get to pair my two loves together and I’m in style heaven. Let’s just say florals and stripes are my go-to any and every day of the week. I’m 6′ 2″, so flats have also been a major feature of my wardrobe for years (I blame having a shorter boyfriend). But it’s only recently that flats have truly been given a leg up in the looks department. Finally I can have comfort and style… A true blessing for the vertically challenged.”

“I had a lot of fun putting this look together. From the moment I saw the shoes, I knew I wanted to combine prints and colour, which Boden is perfect for. A simple striped dress, a white denim jacket given a new lease on life with a floral print, and polka dot shoes… They all put a smile on my face so big, I can barely contain my excitement! At the end of the day, we only ever really stand out in fashion when we take risks and, in my humble opinion, when it comes to prints you can never have too many.”

The about-town mid heel
Lucy Nicholls, Shiny Thoughts
“My style is colourful so it’s obvious which Alice shoes I’d pick. For a girl who lives in trainers, heels aren’t easy so compromising with a mid-heel is an ideal choice.”

“I chose this look to wear to the office in summer, but I can just as easily picture myself wearing it on a city break as it’s laid-back yet smart, plus the pieces are cool in hot weather. The Alice mid-heels could definitely be styled super-girly, but choosing culottes brings a hint of boyishness and keeps the look youthful, which is more ‘me’. This denim jacket is a must-have; the shape is edgy and the colour is so this season. I like the idea of the Alice shoes and the jacket creating a bit of an androgynous, Sixties feel, so to balance this I teamed them with a prim blouse. I finished off my look with a big tote in a matching colour with plenty of room for my laptop… Or beach towel.”

The statement-making high-heel
Wendy Gilmour, Thank Fifi
“My style is 75% classic and 25% fashion victim. I like to keep it simple and invest in the key basics, such as great denim, leather pieces, blazers and tailoring that last season after season, but there has to be an element of fun so I mix it up with on trend details like a fun heel.”

“I love looks that go the distance. If I can make an outfit last from day right through to night, I won’t lie… I feel just a little bit smug. Heels are basically my essential for day and night. I love the playfulness of the Alice polka dots and tassels – they work so well with a chic and simple blazer because they add a bit of fun to a staple piece. I’m all about the lace in summer and these shorts are just the sweetest. Perfect for casual warmer days, I could also smarten them up with a shirt and blazer and just about get away with them for any occasion. Win win!”
