However a little sunshine and even a blanket of algae on the canal looks pretty as a picture.  Strong black coffee is my morning tipple of choice. Apart from Friday (treat day) when my wake up call is a creamy flat white. Breakfast should never be boring! Mix it up I say! For me, this week is mainly Greek yoghurt with berries and banana. However the more adventurous the better. A recent article on food porn website bon appétit noted a chap called Ryan Scott who ate hummus with shredded chicken and lots of hot sauce for brekkie. Why not? Pets in the office make for a perfect pick-me-up. Here we have our MD’s dog Hooper and myself. Permanently hungry, Hooper was foraging about for food in this spotty bag. What can I say? I like taking pictures of my feet. Note my red Johnnie b summer sandals – so comfy and bright enough to add some oomph to any outfit. My favourite place in London, Hampstead Heath.
